Demián Bichir moved audiences with his performance in “A Better Life” and looked dashing all evening in a Piaget Emperador. Handcrafted in 18-carat white gold, the modified tank style watch features a unique 30 seconds retrograde counter at 12 o’clock and a date window at 6 o’clock. An ‘Oscar micro trend’ may have been started as Gary Oldman, who was nominated for his fantastic performance in “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy”, also chose a modified tank style from Piaget. Also dressed in Piaget for Oscar festivities were celebrated actresses, Patricia Clarkson and Rachael Harris. Arriving to the exclusive Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Ms. Clarkson looked radiant in Piaget’s Limelight earrings in 18-carat rose gold with 160 brilliant-cut diamonds and white chalcedony, and a Piaget Possession bracelet in 18-carat rose gold with 20 brilliant-cut diamonds.
