Cabinet convenes to probe imp. files

Meeting under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail Monday, the Cabinet is set to discuss a number of political, economic, social and security files.
Ministers will review reports on the quality of services offered to citizens, as well as efforts to secure their basic needs and control the markets.
They will also continue talks on a number of bills and ministerial decisions on consumer protection and health insurance.
The Cabinet will also probe measures that should be taken to reduce the impact of inflation through activating the role played by control authorities and stopping monopoly.
The meeting will also take up the implementation of structural reform programs.
