Beni Suef governor leads military funeral for slain soldier

Beni Suef Governor Sherif Ismail has led a military funeral held for a slain soldier who was killed in Sinai on Thursday.
The funeral was attended by the parliament member of the city, security investigation chief and a number of officials and figures.
It was held in the soldier’s hometown of Samasta, Beni Suef where scores of people showed respect for the hero and expressed condemnation of terrorism.
On the sidelines of the funeral, Ismail expressed condolences to the family of the soldier and asserted determination to uproot terrorism.
