Egypt's national football team kept their position for the fourth month in a row in the April FIFA global football rankings published Thursday.
The Pharaohs kept their position at number 19, still leading the African continent in the FIFA rankings.
Most of the world teams have kept their positions unchanged since there were no matches included in FIFA international match calendar.
