Nesrine Abdel Moneim
Cairo - Mohamed Ammar

Egyptian tour guide Nesrine Abdel Moneim said that rally competitions attracted a large number of tourists in the Arab world, saying that the Arab countries realized how to benefit from their desert treasures. She stressed that the rally competitions perform a major role to attract the tourists from all over the world.

She added, in a statement to “Arabs Today” that the Sponsoring Companies cooperate to provide the tourists with different services, as they provide restaurants, souvenirs and Arab clothes, saying that the competitions became an exhibition to present the production of these companies.

She stressed that the rally competitions witnessed notable progress in both Bahrain and Emirates in addition to Egypt, saying that the major reason behind their success in these countries is the planes adopted by the sponsoring companies to market their production.

She underlined the efforts exerted to attract the tourists to such competitions, including convenient transportation and security, saying that the security is considered a major factor to ensure their success especially that the competitions have been held in open areas.

She praised the Arab experience in this regard, saying that the Arab countries managed to gain increasing popularity among tourists because of these competitions. She called the other Arab and African countries to use their deserts to repeat the experience of Egypt, Bahrain and Emirates, saying that the African countries could achieve notable success in this regard.
