Portuguese media delegation praises activities of Dubai Sports World

A Portuguese media delegation praised the activities of the 7th edition of Dubai Sports World, organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council.
During its visit to Dubai Sports World this week, the delegation was impressed about the idea of allowing hundreds of thousands of Dubai citizens, residents and visitors to practice several types of individual and group sports in a healthy environment, under the supervision of specialists, which contributes to making community individuals happy and healthy.
The 7th edition of the event, which includes 17 sports and held in the largest summer sporting hall in the region, continues to attract athletes, visitors and journalists from around the world. The event, which will run until 2nd September, is being held in a 270,000 square feet sporting area at the Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2 and 3, and the Arena Commercial Centre.
The event’s organisers confirmed the participation of over 30,000 people from different categories and nationalities during the first 10 days of the event.
