The participants reiterated their rejection of Israeli measures taken in Al Quds (occupied East Jerusalem) especially in Al Aqsa Mosque vicinity.
They expressed appreciation to the Palestinians who defend the holy mosque and their rejection of Israeli violations.
During the event, head of Palestine department at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry Bahaa el Desouky handed over the presidency to the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee member Zakaria al Agha.
During his speech, Agha reviewed the strength of the Palestinians in facing Israel and warned against spreading chaos in the Arab region.
