Ramallah - Arab Today

Member of the Central Committee of Fatah Movement Azzam al Ahmad said that the Palestinians are pinned much hope on the visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, currently in a visit to the US, and Jordanian King Abdullah II to Washington, set to start within days.

In statements on Monday, Al Ahmad said the two leaders will expound the Arab vision reached during a three-way meeting between Sisi, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the Jordanian monarch on the fringe of Amman Arab Summit.

He also asserted that coordination among the three leaders was on its highest levels over the past period.

Ahmad also noted that he would pay a visit to Cairo soon for talks on a set of relevant issues with the Egyptian side.

He also voiced his appreciation for Egypt and its people under the leadership of President Sisi.

The Fatah member also affirmed that the Palestinian stance has been recurrently represented by the Palestinian president in several Arab and international fora.
