President of Azerbaijan Receives Minister of Interior

President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan received here today Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At the outset of the reception, Prince Abdulaziz conveyed greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of the Ministers and Minister of Defense, to the President of Azerbaijan and their wishes of steady progress and prosperity to the government and people of Azerbaijan.

During the reception, they reviewed relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. They also discussed the latest developments at the international arena.

Then, the Minister of Interior held a session of talks with his Azeri counterpart Ramil Usubov.

During the session, they reviewed joint coordination and cooperation between the two countries' interior ministries.

The reception and session of talks were attended by Thamer bin Sabhan Al-Sabhan, Minister of State for the Arab Gulf Affairs; Mohammed bin Muhana Al-Muhana, Undersecretary of the Interior Ministry for Security Affairs, and a number of senior officials of the Interior Ministry.
