H.H. Amir tasks Sheikh Jaber to nominate cabinet members

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday ordered the re-naming of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister.
His Highness the Amir charged His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak to nominate members of the new cabinet. On Monday, An Amiri Order was issued accepting resignation of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak as prime minister, along with the ministers, who were ordered to proceed with their duties as care-takers, pending formation of a new government.
His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak, in his resignation letter, submitted to His Highness the Amir, affirmed that his cabinet since its formation had worked with devotion to attain aspirations of the people of Kuwait.
The cabinet had resigned ahead of planned vote of no-confidence in parliament against Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Information Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah.
