Qatari aircraft carrying 300 tons of humanitarian aid

Six Qatari aircraft carrying 300 tons of humanitarian aid arrived in Iraqi cities of Irbil and Sulaimaniyah, as well as in Amman, Jordan, to help the Iraqi people, official news agency reported Sunday.
The Qatari aid, sent upon instructions of Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani to help alleviate the suffering of Iraqi people, were delivered over the past three days by Lakhwiya search and rescue team, according to QNA.
The aid include tents, blankets, food, and medical items for diabetic people and those suffering from cardiovascular diseases, in addition to antibiotics.
