Ingredients
20 ml olive oil
20 gms chopped onion
10 gms minced garlic
100 gms Arborio rice
200 ml chicken stock
25 gms green peas
20 gms asparagus buds
25 gms grated parmesan cheese
20 ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic till onion is transparent.Add rice and sauté for few more minutes.
Then add chicken stock and bring it to a boil. When the rice is about 75 per cent cooked, add asparagus and green peas.
When the vegetables are cooked, adjust seasoning, and finish with cream and parmesan. Serve.
