Assaf urges international community to end Gaza blockade

Palestinian singer and UNRWA goodwill ambassador Mohammed Assaf called on the international community Wednesday to force Israel to lift blockade on the Gaza Strip.
Speaking at a press conference held at UNRWA headquarter, he also urge the international community to begin the reconstruction process in Gaza after the Israeli aggression on the besieged enclave.
Assaf, winner of popular competition program Arab Idol, said he was seeking to establish private programs with the cooperation of UNRWA to embrace talented Palestinian people.
