Yemen names new PM 2 weeks after rebels take Sanaa

Yemeni President Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi on Tuesday named his chief of staff Ahmed Awad Mubarak as the country's new prime minister, two weeks after Shiite rebels overran the capital.
The presidential decree naming the new premier came after Hadi met his advisers -- including a representative of the rebels -- and agreed on Mubarak's nomination, the official Saba news agency reported.
