US signs landmark arms trade treaty at UN headquarters

The United States, the world's biggest arms exporter, on Wednesday signed a landmark treaty regulating the $90 billion a year conventional arms trade. US Secretary of State John Kerry signed the treaty, agreed earlier this year, in a ceremony at the UN headquarters.
