Toronto mayor admits to smoking crack

Toronto's embattled Mayor Rob Ford admitted on Tuesday that he once smoked crack, months after a video allegedly showing him consuming the illicit drug surfaced, provoking calls for his resignation. "Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine," Ford told reporters outside his office, after repeatedly denying the drug allegations.
