PM: Ireland will never go back to speculation and greed

Prime Minister Enda Kenny vowed that Ireland would never return to a culture of "speculation and greed" as it formally exited an international bailout on Sunday. In a state of the nation-type address, Kenny announced the government would this week unveil the country's economic plan for the next seven years, ensuring "that never again will Ireland's stability be threatened by speculation and greed."
