LVMH chief confirms Marc Jacobs leaving Vuitton

American designer Marc Jacobs is leaving Louis Vuitton, Bernard Arnault, the boss of the French luxury goods group LVMH, told Women's Wear Daily on Wednesday. Jacobs, one of the most celebrated figures in the world of fashion, has been at the helm of Louis Vuitton for 16 years.
