Lagardere and Daimler sent for trial in EADS insider trading case

French conglomerate Lagardere and German auto giant Daimler are to be put on trial in France for insider trading over a 2006 sale of shares in aerospace group EADS, judicial sources said Monday. Seven former executives of Airbus parent company EADS, including former joint chairman Noel Forgeard will also face trial, the sources told AFP.
