India: Cannot accept WTO proposals in Bali

India said Wednesday it could not accept a proposal on food security under a package being considered by a WTO conference tasked with salvaging faltering efforts to liberalise world trade. The proposal in its "current form cannot be accepted", India's Anand Sharma told his fellow commerce ministers gathered in the Indonesian resort of Bali.
