ICC refers Libya to Security Council over Kadhafi son

The International Criminal Court on Wednesday referred Libya to the UN Security Council for not handing over fallen strongman Moamer Kadhafi's son Seif al-Islam for trial.
"The chamber is of the view that it is appropriate to make a finding of non-compliance by Libya with the court’s requests for cooperation at issue and refer the matter to the Security Council," the court said in a statement.
