Draghi: ECB lowers 2014 inflation forecast to 1.1%

The European Central Bank on Thursday lowered its inflation forecast for this year and next, predicting a rate of 1.4 percent for 2013 and 1.1 percent in 2014. ECB President Mario Draghi also said the ECB forecast inflation of 1.3 percent in 2015, speaking at a monthly press conference.
