British PM: IS beheading video is disgusting

British Prime Minister David Cameron on Tuesday condemned an Islamic State video apparently showing a militant beheading of a second US reporter and threatening to kill a British captive as "disgusting".
He said it was an "absolutely disgusting, despicable act" and said he would be making a longer statement later.
