At a time when the organizing committee was prevented the media from following-up the works of the special session of the Independence Party to consider the disciplinary decision against the two former ministers, Yasmina Baddou and Karim Ghallab, the member of the executive committee of the party, Abdullah al-Bakali told Arabs Today the the results of the session.

Concerning Yasmina's accusation of the secretary-general of the party of mobilizing his supporters against her, denying the issue of the adoption of a judicial commissioner to confirm attendance, and also described the special session as fabricated drama, Al-Bakali said that the judge can not obtain the consent of both parties, stressing that the two ministers have the right to resort to the appropriate legal destination.

Al-Bakali expressed his pride to chair the special session of the consensus of the members of the executive committee as well as members of the National Council of the party from various quarters, stressing that he worked on the application of the law during the meeting.

Concerning the scenes of the special session, Al-Bakali told Arabs Today that the two ministers justified their position of criticizing the statement of the secretary general of the party, Hamid Chabat. He added that Chabat said during the session that his party is a target for foreign parties.

Al-Bakali said that he was keen to enable the two ministers for commenting on the speech of Chabat, added that he submitted this issue to the National Council to provide the atmosphere of a fair trial to enable the two ministers to respond and provide their explanations and defend their point of view.
