'Shot In The Leg' For National SEA Games Hockey Squad

Hockey players representing the country in the Kuala Lumpur 2017 SEA Games received a major boost from Asics, when the leading sports products manufacturer's local distributor, Dentsu Sports Asia, presented them with two pairs of sports shoes.
Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) president Datuk Seri Subahan Kamal said every player in the men's and women's squads would receive two pairs of high quality Asics shoes through a sponsorship deal worth more than RM100,000.
"We had applied for the sponsorship sometime ago and today Dentsu Sports Asia has come forward to sponsor the shoes. Today we have signed an agreement and MHC hope the relationship will continue. I am confident the players will benefit a great deal through the sponsorship," he told reporters during the presentation at the Tun Razak Hockey Stadium, here today.....
