Abu Dhabi - Wam

The National Archives has organised an event, "Thanks to the Makers of the Future and Thanks to the Symbols of Giving", in order to honour outstanding teachers in the field of education in various schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi on the occasion of World Teachers' Day, which falls on the 5th October every year.

The National Archives participated in the celebration of Teachers' Day with a visit by a delegation from the Corporate and Community Outreach Department to a number of Abu Dhabi schools to celebrate the occasion.

The aim was to celebrate the teacher as the cornerstone of human development, and to congratulate all of them for their efforts and dedication to national educational goals, wishing them further excellence and success in the performance of their mission to serve the nation and build a promising generation of protectors and builders of the future
