Egypt's mufti denounces Somalia terror attacks

Egypt's Mufti Shawky Allam deplored on Saturday the terror attacks that targeted Somali capital Mogadishu where a number of people were killed and injured.
In a press release, he said the attacks assert that terrorist groups do not care about the "sanctity of blood" but their only goal is to stir instability in the whole world.
Allam also urged the Somali people to unite against terrorism and extremism.
He offered his condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured speedy recovery.
At least 13 people were killed and more than 16 were wounded in the assault on the Nasa-Hablod hotel, which is frequented by politicians and other members of Mogadishu's elite, a security official at the Somali police said.
Al Shabab has claimed responsibility for Saturday's attack that began with a suicide car bomb exploding outside the hotel gate.
