Lady Gaga on Vogue cover

Lady Gaga in mermaid gown New York - Arabstoday Lady Gaga officially unveiled her second “Vogue” cover picture for September issue, marking the 120th anniversary of the magazine. In the cover shot, Gaga stands demurely with her hands behind her back, donning a metallic purple mermaid gown by Marc Jacobs showing off her new afro hairdo. Inside the magazine, Gaga poses naked with a giant Steven Jones hat. The pop sensation had long been rumoured to appear on the magazine’s September issue, especially considering all the projects she is currently promoting. The singer took to her Twitter page to give fans a sneak peek of the cover, writing: “Im so excited to post the SEPT ISSUE OF VOGUE in 30 min! Photographed by MERT & MARCUS.” This will be Gaga’s second “Vogue” cover.  The first, in March 2011, was a huge hit, going on to become the magazine’s second biggest-seller of that year.
