Russian Ambassador to UN dies suddenly

Lana Nusseibeh, Permanent Representative of the UAE to the United Nations, has expressed condolences to the Russian government, its embassy at the UN and the family of the late Russian Ambassador to the United Nations, Vitaly Churkin, who died suddenly as a result of a cardiac arrest, aged 64.
Nusseibeh expressed these condolences while co-chairing the first discussion of the 71st session of Revitalisation of the Work of the General Assembly with the Permanent Representative of Croatia.
