Khartoum - Egypt Today

Prime Minister of the Central African Republic Simplice Sarandji left the Sudanese capital Khartoum on Friday after a two-day visit, where he discussed ways of boosting cooperation between both countries.

Sarandji met with Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir and handed him a letter from his Central African counterpart Faustin Archange Touadera concerning issues of mutual interest and bilateral relations.

The Central African Republic prime minister held talks with First Vice President of Sudan Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Saleh on cooperation between Sudan and the Central African Republic.

Sarandji was briefed on Sudan's experience in managing the comprehensive national dialogue and achieving progress in it.

He also made field visits to some of the Sudanese industrial facilities during which he learned about their capabilities and the progress and development made in some industries.
