National solidarity operation for Ramdan to be different in 2015

A new form of the "parcel of Ramadan" will be implemented next year, minister of National Solidarity, Family and the Women's affairs, Mounia Meslem announced Sunday in Oran.
"A committee has been set up at the Ministry to think a more practical formula to distribute the parcel of Ramadan," said the minister during a press conference on the sidelines of her participation in the 25th summer conference of the National Union of Algerian students (UNEA) held in Oran.
"The parcel of Ramdan represents a solidarity assistance provided by the State in favor of the socially disadvantaged categories. Every Ramadan, huge budgets are devoted to this purpose. However, on the ground, shortcomings were noted and State is not responsible for them. They result of the actions of a small minority.
Therefore, we will ensure that the aid actually go to disadvantaged categories, "the minister stated.
