USA welcomes GCC plan on Yemen crisis

The United States welcomed Monday the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s initiative to put an end to the crisis in Yemen. In a press conference, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that "We welcome the GCC's initiative to address the Yemeni crisis". "Negotiation is underway now. It is a dynamic process. We encourage all involved parties to hold a dialogue to reach a solution supported by the Yemeni people", Clinton said.
