
The United Nations is "deeply troubled" by the recent missile launches of North Korea, a UN spokesperson said after one of the rockets, reportedly landed in or near Japanese waters for the first time.
"Such actions seriously undermine regional peace and stability. We reiterate the call on the DPRK to heed the united call of the international community to reverse its course and return to the process of sincere dialogue," said Stephane Dujarric, Spokesperson for Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon during the regular daily briefing at UN Headquarters Wednesday.
