Sarraj urges Italy to increase logistic, medical support for Benyan Marsous forces

President of the Presidential Council of Libya Fayez al Sarraj called on Italy to step up logistic and medical support for Al Benyan Al Marsous forces in order to fight Daesh militants in Sirte.
In press statements late on Saturday, Sarraj expected Daesh militants to be defeated in Sirte within the coming few weeks.
However, he renewed rejection of having any foreign troops on Libyan territories.
He urged Italy to set up field hospitals in Libya to treat forces who sustain critical injuries while fighting on the front lines against Daesh.
