Pakistan ready to work with US

Pakistani Defense Minister Khurram Dastgir assured that Pakistan is ready to work with the United States, a statement which comes after US President Donald Trump revised the policy for the region, Geo news channel reported Saturday.
The Pakistani defense minister said that Afghanistan's war would not be fought in Pakistan. "We have to protect our people and soil," he added.
Pakistan was not been awarded any trade privileges after 2001 which the US would want to withdraw, Dastgir said.
He also expressed hope on the occasion for peace in Afghanistan.
