Egyptian actress Ghada Adel expressed her deep sorrow for the death of high-profile artist Shadia praying for her to rest in peace. She stressed that it is painful end of the current year as the Egyptians lost one of the major artists who enriched the artistic career with her wonderful works.

She added, “Despite her death, she will keep her presence among the Egyptian people with her works and beautiful voice. Shadia means pleasure and happiness. When we were seeing to her face, we were feeling happiness, while we lost now this happiness.”

She praised Cairo Film Festival, saying that it makes her proud to participate in this festival which provides civilized image of Egypt in front of the world. She described the festival as one of the most important events in all over the world.

She expressed her appreciation to Gouna Film Festival for honoring Egyptian superstar Adel Imam, saying that she aspires to take another experience with him soon. She described him as a teacher who contains all actors during the drama work.

She expressed her pleasure for participating in her newest artwork a series called “Adley Allam’s Ghosts”, adding she is proud of it as it is going to witness her cooperation with the prominent Egyptian actor “Adel Imam”, noting that playing a role in front of “Imam” is a dream came true.

She added, in a statement to “Egypt Today”, that she is very happy for participating with Imam in a large number of scenes during the series scheduled to be presented during the coming season of Ramadan. She added that the major reason behind her participation in the work is the presence of Adel Imam, stressing her appreciation to the Egyptian superstar.

She also stressed her happiness for the success of her latest film “Forced Escape”, saying that it is considered one of the most important works in her career since its beginning. She revealed that she received increasing positive reactions from fans in all over the Arab Countries over the role she performed during the film.

She added, in an interview with “Egypt Today”, that the film managed to achieve record profits, as it enjoyed all factors of success, saying that each actor exerted increasing efforts to meet the expectations of his fans. She added that she is keen to follow the fans’ reactions to her roles whether on social media networks or in the street, saying that fans are considered the major standard on which she depends to assess her works.
