His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister received a cable of thanks from Health Minister Faeqa Saeed Al Saleh.
The minister expressed her great pride and appreciation of HRH the Premier's directive to increase the budget for the Ministry of Health (MoH) in the State's General Budget for the remainder of the fiscal year 2017.
His Royal Highness the Prime Minister earlier directed the allocation of around BD15 million into the MoH's budget to cover the costs of medicines and medical supplies for public hospitals and health centers to ensure the continuity of healthcare services and provide the necessities of medical diagnosis and treatment.
