Tareq Qabil to take part in ESC meeting Thursday

Trade and Industry Minister Tareq Qabil will take part in a ministerial meeting of the Arab League's Economic and Social Council (ESC) slated for Thursday
The meeting will follow up the implementation of previous ESC resolutions and initiatives, said Qabil in a statement Wednesday.
An Arab free trade zone and customs union are also on the agenda of the meeting, Qabil added.
The ministers will also discuss an Arab capital investment agreement and another on Arab maritime transport, the minister further said.
They will also follow up the implementation of resolutions of an Afro-Arab summit that was held in Equatorial Guinea in November.
