H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, today attended the Executive Leadership Seminar organised by the Sheikh Saqr Programme for Government Excellence.
Dr. Mohammed Abdul Latif Khalifa, Director-General of the Sheikh Saqr Programme for Government Excellence, said that holding the seminar was one of the five essential aspects of the programme, which was launched with the aim of demonstrating the best practices in government leadership.
In view of the prominent role played by the leadership in establishing institutional excellence while strengthening and developing government performance Ras al-Khaimah, a complete programme has been prepared to develop higher executive leadership skills of all relevant officials. The programme includes training sessions, workshops and seminars.
