Kuwaiti FM leaves for Iran to hand over message

Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid al Hamad al Sabah left here on Wednesday for Tehran on an official visit.
In press statements, the Kuwaiti foreign minister said he will convey a message from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jabar al Sabah to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Gulf-Iranian ties and the basis of dialogue between Gulf Arab states and Iran.
Sheikh Sabah added that relations between Iran and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) of six Arab states "must be based on the UN Charter and principles of international law".
