The armed forces of the UAE and Egypt have concluded their Siham Al Haq-3 (Arrows of Righteousness) joint military exercise in the UAE.

The exercise reflect the historic and strategic ties between the UAE and Egypt in military spheres in particular. It is part of the fruitful and constructive co-operation between the two countries.

Staff Brigadier Saleh Mohammed Saleh Mejren Al Ameri, Commander of the UAE Land Forces, and Major General Tawhid Tawfiq Abdul Samee, Commander of the Central Military Zone of the Egyptian Armed Forces, attended the exercise.

Siham Al Haq-3 is aimed at enhancing and enriching the expertise of the participating units as well as their co-ordination and preparedness.

Brigadier Al Ameri praised the high professionalism and efficiency of the units and formations during the closing demonstration of the exercise. He said it represents a model of real partnership and mutual respect and military co-operation for the modernisation and upgrading of joint Arab action.

Major General Abdul Samee said the exercise reflected once again the close ties and deep friendship between the two countries.
