The 'Bring Home a Friend' programme was earlier known as 'Invite Home a Friend'. It was launched by former tourism chief Mina Gabor. The programme was revived by incumbent tourism chief Wanda Teo after two decades to encourage foreigners to experience the 'Filipino's world-renowned hospitality
