Israeli occupation forces have launched a large-scale campaign of arrests, taking at least 19 Palestinian civilians throughout the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, including raids on dozens of Palestinian homes.

The arrests were concentrated in Tulkarm, Nablus and Qalqiliya, where the Israeli occupation forces launched raids and searches and closed roads as a form of collective punishment, in response to the operation in Barkan settlement on Sunday, in which two Israeli settlers were killed.

Local sources in Nablus said that the Israeli occupation forces arrested the sister of the shooter, a lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy at An-Najah National University, and another a lecturer at the same college.

In addition, IOF arrested two men from Balata refugee camp. Violent clashes broke out between Israeli soldiers and hundreds of youths during their incursion into the city, where one was wounded by Israeli fire.

In Tulkarm , Israeli forces raided and searched several camps and villages in the governorate. Arrested a number of citizens.

IOF also stormed the town of Qalqilya early on Monday, where they raided shops amid clashes with youths who threw stones at the occupation forces.

In Hebron, Israeli forces raided and searched a house in Yatta, while IOF also carried an incursion into al-Khader village, south of Bethlehem.

In Ramallah, Israeli forces arrested a number of Palestinian civilians from surrounding villages, including Kafr Malik east of Ramallah, Sinjil village north of Ramallah and al-Mughayir village east of Ramallah.
