Syria defeated terrorism thanks to its people’s steadfastness and its army’s sacrifices

Speaker of the People’s Assembly Hammoudeh Sabbagh affirmed that the visit of medical delegations from several Arab countries to Damascus came as an honest expression of their standing by the Syria and its steadfastness in the face of terrorism.

Meeting a delegation of Arab Dentists Association headed by Chairman of the  Association Dr. Yasser al-Jundi on Saturday evening, Sabbagh said that the Syrian people have stood side by side with their army and leadership  in the face of the Takfiri terrorist war launched against their country as they have been able to achieve victory and Syria’s decision has remained independent.

He affirmed that Syria will continue to eradicate terrorism from every inch of its territories.

For his part, Dr. al-Jundi expressed pride of the Arab delegations in Syria’s steadfastness in the face of terrorist war waged against it.

He indicated that their participation in the 19th International Scientific Conference of the Syrian Dental Association is an evidence on Syria’s victory over terrorism.

For their part, members of the delegation asserted that Syria will remain the beating heart of the Arab peoples and that the Syrian people and their army have been an example to follow by the whole world in steadfastness and victory.
