Russian fighter jets targets areas of opposition killing civilians

Violent clashes have erupted between the governmental troops and opposition factions in the front of Qabon and Barza Gardens amid new attempts from the governmental troops to achieve advance in the area. In Deir Ezzor, activists said that a woman from the Hrabash district died of undernourishment, where government-controlled neighborhoods live under siege by IS. There were conflicting reports that the regime forces announced that the International Coalition planes had targeted an arms depot belonging to IS in Hatla village, containing chemicals that killed hundreds of people, including civilians.
