The Parliament's Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee will hold hearing sessions to discuss the criminal procedure law as of Wednesday.
The committee will hold three consecutive meetings on August 2, 8 and 9 at 12 pm, according to a statement issued by the Parliament's media office.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Omar Marawan had said on July 11 that the government referred the draft law on criminal procedures to the State Council for review before submitting it to the Parliament.
