CBE raises EGP value against dollar by 7 piasters today

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) increased the value of Egyptian pound by 7 piasters in an exceptional auction of 1.5 billion dollars to banks to cover the import requirements.
The move aims to combat the black market sale of foreign currencies.
