Apple launched new devices last week. There’s a new iPad that comes with a ‘slightly better everything’ priced at Dh1,299 and two iPhones that’s…red.

The smartphones are the latest 7 and 7 Plus Special Editions in partnership with RED, an organisation that is dedicated to raise awareness and funds to help eliminate HIV/AIDS in Africa

The Blue HTC

There’s a new kid on the block. HTC released its HTC U Play smartphone in the UAE last week. Priced at Dh1,799, the 5.2-inch device features a beautiful liquid surface design, 16MP rear and front-facing cameras and superior Hi-Res audio

The White Xperia

Sony launched the Xperia L1. Touted as a stylish smartphone, the L1 sports a 13MP camera and a 5.5-inch HD display housed in a curved and rounded frame

The device is also features ‘Xperia Tips’ which is your personal assistant that is constantly learning and understanding, and suggests tips based on your smartphone usage. The Xperia L1 will be available in the region as early as next month. It will be available in black as well, with some lucky markets getting a Pink variant. Pricing TBA
