Tehran - Tehran
An Iranian computer game named “Mir Mahna” was recently released by producer the ESPRIS Studio. Mir Mahna was an Iranian national hero who defeated the Dutch forces and liberated the southern Iranian cities from the colonizers at the end of the reign of Nader Shah Afshar (1736-1747). The series books “On the Red Marine Roads” by Nader Ebrahimi has been the major source of inspiration for the storyline of the game, the Persian service of MNA reported on Tuesday. In collaboration with the Iran National Foundation of Computer Games, the game was already introduced in February at which time its developers were honored. Distributed by Loh-e Zarrin-e Nikan Company, the game is now available on the market. Project manager Morteza Rezaii, artistic director Behnam Shojaei, character designers Hossein and Ebrahim Diba, and Behnam Shojaei as well as musician Payam Azadi have collaborated in this project. Iran National Foundation of Computer Games has previously released the games “Garshasb” and “Nader Sword”.
