Presidential decree to create united electronic system for gov't complaints

Cairo - Mena
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued a decree to create a unified electronic system to receive, look into, forward and answer all government complaints.
All government bodies, including the ministries and the local administration units, are required to take all measures to be connected with the new system.
The prime minister will issue the necessary decisions to activate the new system and determine its structure.
